Cofounder & Chairperson @Goshaba

Camille Morvan is the co-founder and Chairperson of Goshaba. Camille is a cognitive scientist by training and was a researcher and teacher at the College de France, Sorbonne Universities, New York University (NYU), and Harvard University. Her field of research is decision-making and cognitive biases. She invented the cognitive gaming technology in 2016 when still at Harvard.

Goshaba’s technology measures candidates’ hard-skills, soft-skills, experience, and culture fit using scientifically precise cognitive video games. Goshaba addresses two key points: it makes the labor market more fluid & increases companies’ competitiveness. In addition, Goshaba makes hiring fairer by revealing a candidate’s true potential and avoiding the biases inherent to resume-based selection.
