Frédéric Pette

From an Industry perspective, Frédéric brings 20 years of experience in Medical Devices management covering capital equipment, IT services, consumables and implants in the following specialties: orthopedics, urology, gynecology, cardio-vascular, OR equipment and infection control. These businesses were driven relying on both direct and indirect sales, as well as OEM with all the variations that it implies in terms of Management.
During these years, Frédéric has grown as a senior manager and leader, having learned to manage P/Ls ranging from few millions dollars to 1 Billion dollars, and to lead teams and activities related to Marketing, Sales, Operations, HR and Business Development. Frédéric has worked both on strategy and execution, and also led various business transformations.
Frédéric has performed these activities for companies such as Zimmer, Stryker, American Medical Systems (now part of Boston Scientific) and more recently Getinge, a diversified Swedish Medical Device company.
Last but not least, from a personal point of view, Frédéric is a husband, a father of a 16 year old and, to keep in shape, a 5 times Ironman.
